I want to say first of all thank you so much for all the help you have given to me and Rosemary. We both wish you were still practicing here in Toronto.

 

You are the best doctor both of us ever had. Rosemary and I frequently speak about how we wish you were here, and that you are not only a doctor but a "true healer".
